At Rust & Fern, every plant is hand-selected and packed with care. Because of the delicate nature of live plants and handcrafted goods, all sales are final.
If your plant arrives damaged or dead, we’ve got you. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly review and offer a replacement or store credit if the damage is confirmed.
Please note:
Photos must clearly show the condition upon arrival.
We do not offer refunds for issues due to neglect, improper care, or delivery delays out of our control.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than damage upon arrival.
